He is also very patient and allowed us the time to explore the neighborhood by walking to nearby parks etc to get a feel for the area. We were relocating to Seattle from out of state, and they helped explain so much about neighborhoods, local zoning / housing regulations, and even common issues with houses in Seattle. Josh in particular has an encyclopedic knowledge of all things Seattle and we valued learning from him! When it came time to negotiate our offer Barbara had great strategy and was really transparent with us throughout the process. We felt lucky that in this market Barbara helped us get a "traditional" offer through - we had a full inspection, and even follow up inspection on items. I would wholeheartedly recommend Josh for the purchase or sale of your property. He delivers on everything in his description. I would also separately note his patience with us while we were searching for a house. We took some time to find the perfect house for us and Josh's patience was beyond my expectations. He met with us at every house we wanted to see with an analysis of the property. When we found our home, with Josh's expertise were able to negotiate a 5% discount on the house, and as you know every penny counts. I have known Josh for over 25 years. He continues to be enthusiastic about any project, including our most recent activity which was to help us buy a new home, as well as sell our old home -- all during the 2020 Coronovirus Pandemic. His knowledge of both building and improving properties was incredibly helpful when we purchased our new home and also when it was time to sell our old home. His creativity and good sense of humor helped us see some amazing aspects of both our new and old homes that we might not have recognized without his input. He is an excellent team player and worked well in preparing the documentation and talking with everyone who was part of the negotiations and closing of both properties.
